Nokia announced C3, C6 and E5 QWERTY smartphones
Its now QWERTY season, every body needs a QWERTY device for instant messaging , chatting and gets connected with social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, etc. Nokia announced three new devices C3, C6 and E5 adding to its QWERTY line up. Its expected price and specifications are released officially.
C3 is a device based on S40 series models which is cheaper and composed of more exciting features compared to existing Nokia S40 model mobile phones. Its specs are 320 x 240 2.4inch TFT display, 55MB internal storage , MicroSD upto 16GB, 2MP camera, FM, Java midp2.0, QWERTY keypad, 3.5mm headset jack and 1320 Lith-ion battery. Social integration enhances the power of this these and make out a feel that this not a S40 series device. C3 costs around $125.
E5 is also called as twin brother of E72 device but it cost lesser than that. E5 is powered by 320 x 240 2.4inch TFT display, Symbian OS S60v3, 250MB internal memory, MicroSD upto 32GB, 5MP camera with LED flash, 3G, WiFi, HSDPA, 3.5mm headset jack, FM with RDS, 1200Mah Lith-ion battery and Social network integration. E5 is priced at $228.
C6, bigger one in terms of features and specs comparing to other two phones. C6 is the copy of N97 mini but it costs only half of N97 mini price. C6 specs are 3.2inch TFT touchscreen display, Symbian OS S60v5, 200MB internal storage, MicroSD upto 16GB, 5MP camera with LED flash, WiFi, 3G, HSDPA, stereo FM with RDS, 3.5mm headset jack, 1200Mah standard Lith-ion battery and Social network integration. This device has a expected price of $305. Already korean players Samsung and LG got mid-range market through its devices like Corby devices, Cookie pep, Star series, Galaxy spica, etc but these three devices acts as invitations for Nokia to enter into the real competition. These devices are available from Q2 of this year, then the real battle will began, seeing C3, C6 and E5 hopefully Nokia will win.
