Battlefiled Bad Company 2 - xinput1_3.dll error

Current hot pick EA's Battlefield Bad Company 2 suffers from a series issue of "Missing xinput1_3.dll from your computer" error. This error mostly comes on PC's running Windows 7 OS. Microsoft and EA claims this error is due to using old Directx or improper installation of the game. They also claim that upgrading Directx or reinstalling the game may fix this issue. But lot of people get this error again and again after several re-installation and Directx updates. We got a simple solution for this, download xinput1_3.zip which contains the required xinput1_3.dll, extract it to the folder where your BFBC2Game.exe resides (you can find this exe file in the installation directory). This will fix your issue and enjoy the game.

      where do i save it?
...just in the battlefield bad company 2 folder itself or into: Dist, output, package, pb or support?
if you have to save it into one of the folders in the bfbc2 folder where do i save it? for example if i had to save it into Dist, do i need to save it in Win 32 because its inside Dist...?
      Thx to everyone who helps.
by the way i use to play this on my old HP but just got a new HP today and i finished installing it and went to play it and came up with "the program can't start because XINPUT`_3.dll is missing from the computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this".

        Hi James,

Just put the xinput1_3.dll in the installation directory of the game (i.e. Battlefield bad company 2 folder itself).

make sure that BFBC2Game.exe file should reside in the same folder. BFBC2Game.exe is the game launcher.

            Hi Brother,

You don't need to take xinput1_3.dll from steam or in your installation directory.

Just download the dll available here extract to the folder specified as per instructions given here..

Thats it., you cant have xinput1_3.dll missing error anymore.
