In silver color the device has stunning appearance and beat the look of iPhone. And the pale brown color is not bad at all. Lot of people raise their hands for the brown version only.

The device will be running latest Android v2.1 codenamed as Eclair.

Comparing this device with Google Nexus one, it has almost same hardware but HTC has made several improvements to make this device better than Nexus one. Advantages over N1 are Sense UI, FM, Optical trackball instead of real one, 576MB RAM instead of 512MB, No annoying touch sensitive controls under the display, etc. HTC Desire may possibly hit the European and Asian market by next month end.
