Microsoft Office 2010 Beta version is available for download from Microsoft official website. As of now there are two versions namely Home or Small office version and Enterprise version. Also the office suite available in 32 and 62 bit versions for better user experience. In 64-bit version there is a possibility failure of 32-bit dependent DLL's. Advantage of 64-bit version over 32-bit is it can handle large data portions like we can store more data in both Excel and Access.

Advantages of MS Office 2010 over 2007 version are improved visual appearance, improved performance, more functionality and much more. As this beta includes Word, Excel, Publisher, Access and Outlook. There is an application called Microsoft Webapps also included in the bundle to save, edit and access documents via internet. Publisher has been improved to design better Postcard, because of this you can have cheap postcards of your own design. Office 2010 has some interesting functionality that more people can access and work same document or workbook from different geographic location using internet.

Mobile Office 2010 is enhanced with more functionality to provide better working experience for mobile users. Currently this mobile beta version is available only for windows smartphones. This will surely an advantage for Windows phones and their sales will increase gradually because of this.
