The device will be equipped with WiFi as default and you will get 3G on each model by adding $130 extra. AT&T will provide 3G services for iPad in the country and also offers free WiFi hotspots. You have to pay $15 for 250MB and $30 for unlimited data usage if you are getting an 3G service from AT&T. Interesting thing about the device is it has 10 hours battery backup.
