Much awaited Google's Nexus One phone specifications leaked through engadget. Although the phone is not officially announced yet, we can’t confirm these specs. It is also rumored that Nexus One initial sale will be on invitation basis. Later it will reach commercial market through HTC and major mobile carriers. Its main aspects are 1Ghz Snapdragon processor, Androidv2.1, 3.7inch  AMOLED  touchscreen and 5MPcamera. It seems to be T-Mobile will provide this device to US customers because the frequency specs matches with T-Mobile 3G frequencies. Nexus One is considered as tough iPhone competitor able to slash Apple's mobile market.
